We are extremely proud to announce Hawkins County Schools has received an overall TVAAS rating of level 5, the highest growth rating. Along with the overall system score, seven of our school sites received level 5 ratings! We are exceedingly proud of all of our schools, but want to acknowledge the level 5 ratings for: Mooresburg Elementary, Surgoinsville Elementary, Hawkins Elementary, Joseph Rogers Primary, Rogersville Middle, Carters Valley Elementary, Mt. Carmel Elementary, and Church Hill Intermediate (now Church Hill Middle.) In addition to these schools, Church Hill Elementary received a level 4 rating, with several others receiving level 3 status. Please watch for additional results as the State Department of Education releases the remainder of school and school system data by mid-December. Congratulations to all of our hard-working teachers, support staff, administrators, students, and stakeholders. This is a team effort and one that all should be proud of this year!
